We are happy for the tenants because they have been approved for the loan on their new house and will be moving out October 1st. So remember you will be viewing the apartment with their furniture which has not been moved yet. (You will see that have outgrown the apartment with the new baby). Please respect their privacy and only come to the exact showing time. They are nice enough to let us show the apartment while they are still occupying it.
